Schedule Your Visit

After you submit the form, expect a call back shortly during business hours to confirm a time. Scheduling in Ojai usually lands a technician on-site the same week, and same-day slots open up often, especially for a smoking fireplace or a water leak that needs a look right away. Before the visit, have your fireplace type ready (wood-burning, gas, or insert), the rough age of the chimney, and a note on anything you have noticed: soot smell, slow draft, or staining near the firebox. That short list lets your technician plan the visit before arriving.
